Renting out
House rental
The perfect tenant for your home
Of course you are careful with your house, even if you do not live in it yourself. We understand that very well. That is why we do not rent out your house to the first person, but we screen potential tenants based on the predefined profile. For the presentation and advertisement we have photos taken by a professional photographer. With a watertight contract, we ensure that you and the tenant know exactly where you stand. And all this at a fair rate of 1 month’s rent (including VAT).
Roadmap
First non-binding acquaintance
It is nice to get to know each other a little so that you know who you entrust your home to. It is important for us to know what your needs and expectations are with regard to the tenant, the duration of the contract and the price. We can of course also advise you on the latter.
The perfect presentation
of your home
An 'open door', but of course the presentation of your house is important. That is why we have a professional photographer take the photos and we provide the fine and catchy texts that fit your home. If desired, we can also help with a suitable furnishing.
Advertisements on various channels
The more people who can find your home, the more choice we have in selecting the right tenant. That is why we place your house on several platforms, including the largest rental portal in the Netherlands, Pararius. We also draw attention to your home on social media channels.
Screening and submitting candidates
After meeting the candidates in person during the viewings, we screen them on the basis of passport and income. If all this appears to be in order and matches the desired profile, we will introduce the tenant to you. Because you decide.
A legally valid rental contract
It is important for you and for the tenant that the lease is understandable and legally valid. This way no one will be surprised during or at the end of the rental period! We will of course ensure that both parties give their approval.
Key transfer and final check
It is always a nice moment to welcome the new tenant into their new home. We take pictures and check the inventory, so that there are no discussions about it later.
Then we explain all the details and don't leave until all questions have been answered.
